Optimization method of microwave drying process parameters for rice

چکیده

In this work, the optimal process to improve efficiency of microwave drying rice is studied. The conditions for reducing crack rate and improving head are analyzed according principle orthogonal experiment. optimization method parameters proposed simultaneously consider two indicators, namely, rates, based on grey system theory. correlation degree analysis carried out rice. result shows that main factor affecting integrity grain vacuum degree, loading density. curve fluctuates greatly, between indexes high. According power 500 W, 0.02 MPa, density 1289.89 kg/m3. both optimized when under parameters. results provide a guiding study basis further selection best process.
